Back on July 18, 2004 Jay-Z and Linkin Park got together at the Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood to do a combined performance in front of a select group of LP and Jay-Z fans. Linkin Park and Jay-Z got on stage together and performed a series of songs 'mashed' together where Linkin Park lyrics were laced over Jay-Z's beats and vice versa.

The Collision Course DVD contains the Roxy performance plus a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process of the collaboration, from their first introductions to recording to performance. The CD features studio recordings of the same song combinations that were preformed live that night.
